Padmapriya, the pretty babe who was in the news recently for sorting out some differences with her MIRUGAM co-star Samy is again in the news this time. Pokkisham is her next movie which will feature her in a dynamic role and Padmapriya is said to show her acting skills through this movie.  

Presently, the shooting of this film is taking place at Kolkata and has been wrapped out a couple of days back. Now, the whole unit is going to Nagpur to capture some scenes. According to unit sources Padmapriya is suffering from mild fever and is ill with some fatigue. But inspite of it Padma was ready to pack her bags to Nagpur and the director was highly impressed with the work dedication. Moreover, actor Cheran who is playing the lead in this film praised Padmapriya for her dedication towards work and gifted her a gold bracelet embedded with diamonds.

Lady lover Kamal Hassan, has found something interesting, in budding film actress Padmapriya. t is reported as a fact that this pretty girl has captured the eyes of Kamal Hassan and is now a part of his next film venture “Marmayogi”. This is a film which will have some historic elements in it.  

With her impeccable performances in both Tamil and Malayalam movie, Padmapriya has been roped in and her 10 month dates have been blocked. Presently she is acting in the film “Pokkisham” which has cheran in the lead. ‘Dasavatharam’ made Asin an India renowned star, and with Padmapriya bagging “Marmayogi”, one can easily hope that her merry days are way ahead.

Padmapriya does a Nandita Das - Padmapriya will now go bald for a Malayalam film titled Kuttyshranku, in which she pairs up with Mammootty.

According to the story Padmapriya will be playing a Buddhist monk in the film and so, will be tonsuring her head for the role. Nandita Das and Shabana Azmi have all sported a bald look in movies so, Padmapriya’s decision is bold !
